I was born and raised in Memphis, TN and moved to Marion after marrying THE FARMER. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and worked for 8 years as an RN.

I have always been active but after years of battling Cystic Fibrosis, I struggled to walk without getting short of breath. After having a life-saving double lung transplant in 2018, I couldn’t wait to get stronger and be active again. I had always wanted to try CrossFit and once I did, I was hooked! I love people and pushing them to reach their potential.
