What's your DEFINITION of fitness?

The keys to understanding the methods and achievements of CrossFit are perfectly imbedded in our view of fitness and basic exercise science. 

One of our main objectives with CrossFit is to allow our clients and members to reach goals that they've set.  Since opening, we have empowered people that stick with the programming and modify specific lifestyle behaviors to reach their goals and beyond.  We TRANSFORM bodies and TRANSCEND expectations.  We don't USE machines, we BUILD them!
