CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. We are a strength and conditioning program that utilizes a broad range of techniques that enables you to become a better version of you.
We strive to allow you to do the work that is necessary to reach your goals and aspirations. We train for the unknown and unknowable, using movements that are part of our everyday lives. We run, sprint, sit, stand, squat, push, pull, and everything in between. We train for life. We seek a higher level of fitness attainable through proper nutritional strategies and the right approach to physical conditioning. We find weaknesses, work to make them strengths, and build off of our strengths to enable you to reach that next level.
