Tim McNatt, BS, CF L1, USAW L1

Timothy McNatt has always tried to stay in shape and do something athletic, so his first time he walked into the gym it was like a kid in the candy store. He is constantly trying to learn and improve on his knowledge from others, while sharing what he has learned to help others.

Tim has his BS, CF-L1. Timothy Joined the Military in 2002 and stayed in until 2008 when he had a motorcycle accident which left him with a broken femur and shoulder.  After 6 months of physical therapy he realized that he wanted to help others in their physical fitness. Tim started CrossFit in 2009 and learned how great it is for every individual to regain your strength, endurance and flexibility. 

Tim became a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer in July 2011 & started working as a Coach at CrossFit 870 in Aug 2011. Tim has also earned his BS in Exercise Science in Aug 2012. Tim is a Personal Trainer & a CrossFit Coach that teaches people what CrossFit has to offer in gaining Strength, Power, Speed, Endurance, & Flexibility witch is a necessity in living a long, healthy and active lifestyle

Tim has competed in the 2010 & 2011 Faction Games in Memphis TN & the CrossFit open in 2011 & 2012. He enjoys competing in as many competitions as he can lead by example and steadily improve on himself & encourage others at or out of his Box that anything is possible if you set your mind to it, no matter your physical fitness level now or previous injuries. His motto instilled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: "ESSAYONS," for "Let us try.
